1.1 The website https://osom.finance/ (hereafter the “Website”) is operated by Digital Ledger OÜ, whose seat is registered at Tartu maantee 43, 10128 Tallinn, Estonia, under Commercial registry number: 14632235 (hereinafter “Digital Ledger”, “we” or “us”).
1.2 Digital Ledger is developing a personal financial management service under the brand name “OSOM” to be offered to users via the Website and a mobile App (hereinafter the “App”).
1.3 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) are directed at all public users of the Website (hereinafter the “Visitor(s)” or “you”).

12.2 Any dispute arising in connection to these Terms and Conditions and/or the Website is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
